Dr. Namrata Upadhyay

Dr. Namrata Upadhyay is a rare hybrid leader with deep experience in both clinical dentistry and the global MedTech industry. With 15+ years of combined experience in medical devices and clinical practice, she worked as a clinician in India and Slovenia before transitioning into MedTech in Switzerland- supporting medical device companies as an external consultant
in regulatory and clinical affairs.

She’s also served within the dental start up space as Chief Medical Officer and VP Marketing.

In addition to her industry work, she also leads the Premium Dental Advisor Program to help ambitious clinicians expand their careers. The program supports dentists and dental hygienists, to open additional income streams, by stepping into industry-facing work such as Key Opinion Leadership and non clinical roles with confidence. Participants learn how dental products are developed, validated, and commercialized,
and how to contribute meaningfully beyond the operatory.
