Michelle Lasky brings over 20 years of hands-on experience and leadership to the dental field, driven by a passion for enhancing patient care and cultivating strong, capable dental teams.

Her career began as a dental assistant, where she discovered her calling in helping anxious patients feel at ease. Later, in front-office management, she specialized in optimizing benefit collections and demystifying insurance for patients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

As an active member and speaker of the American Association Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and a Wiley DISC/5 Behaviors certified professional, Michelle focuses on addressing the critical need for skilled professionals in dentistry.

She offers in-office training and mentorship to practices nationwide, emphasizing her core values of Accountability, Integrity, and Responsibility. Her mission is to prepare the next generation of dental professionals, empowering them with the expertise and confidence needed to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and strengthen the future of the field.
