Sarah Hamlin

Sarah Hamlin is Chief Dental Billing Officer at DayDream Technology, where she was the first hire outside of the founders. This year alone, she's grown the team from 9 to 51 people, and built all the systems, processes, and structure needed to make that growth actually work.

With over a decade of experience in dental operations and a graduate degree in communication and leadership, Sarah specializes in the kind of unglamorous work that makes scaling possible: hiring systems, onboarding processes, performance management, and workflows that don't fall apart under pressure.

Before DayDream, she helped Essential Dental Services grow revenue by nearly 200% in under a year by redesigning operations, digitizing manual systems, and leading teams
through real transformation.

Sarah is also co-host of A Breath of Fresh Air, a podcast bringing honest, real-talk conversations to the dental world. She believes great systems free people up to do work that actually matters, and that managing teams well starts with building the right foundation.
