Savanah Carlson is a nationally recognized leader in dental office management and the US Director of Partnerships and Learning Programs at MaxAssist.

Alongside her friend Jennifer Steadman, she delivers real talk, practical strategies, and the behind-the-scenes realities of leading in dentistry today.

As the former Director of Member Services for the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM), she led initiatives that supported over 10,000 members, launched innovative education platforms, and produced high-impact events focused on dental management success.
