Wendy Aldhamen

Wendy Aldhamen has been a hiring manager since 2014, She is now a CEO, Speaker, Children’s book Author and more. But her journey in dentistry started long before that. She began her career as a dental assistant in 2010, jumping into a role that offered great opportunity but quickly opened her eyes to what a toxic office culture can do to a team.

That experience shaped her. When she moved on to a truly exceptional practice, she saw the opposite side of the spectrum: strong leadership, healthy communication, and a culture where people genuinely enjoyed showing up. As she grew from assistant to receptionist and eventually to office manager, she gained a deep understanding of what makes a dental practice thrive and how much the right people matter.

Those years in the trenches taught her how to lead, how to build trust, and how transformative effective communication can be in a business. Out of that passion, Career Elevation was born.

Wendy created it to fill a very real gap in the dental industry by helping practices find team members who align with their values and helping talented dental professionals find workplaces where they can truly flourish.
